1. Return
 
After you receive your goods, if you want to return them for any reason, please notify us by email within 7 working days after you received them or within 40 days after we send them to you. When you send us email, you should let us know the reason of return and the status of goods. In this case, unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
 
Defective Goods


If you receive damaged or defective goods, you should inform that by email as the above mentioned. Then we will reply to you. If we authorize a return, we will send you an email which confirms the "Return Authorization" and explains how to send the damaged or defective goods to us. Also these goods must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped.
 
When we received them, we will examine and test the defective goods. If we find the defect that you notified in your email, we will send you a replacement for the defective goods via small packet (Air). Otherwise, the original goods will be shipped back to you.

Compensation for the shipping costs will be provided by the issue of DVDheaven credit to your account. However, you should make sure that it will only be offered if the package is returned by regular air mail same as our small packet (Air). No compensation for shipping costs will be provided for other methods of shipment such as registered air mail, courier services, EMS or next day air services such as UPS or TNT.

If the package was returned by a shipment method other than regular air mail same as our small packet (Air), DVDheaven reserves the right to decide on the amount of shipping refund provided based on the cost of a small packet (Air) shipment.

Please note that for all returned goods, we will verify the condition before sending out a replacement or authorizing a refund. It takes about 2-3 weeks to process a return in general. We recommend that you send your return via a reliable carrier and we are not responsible for lost returns. 
 
- Non-Defective Goods

 
You may choose to return only unopened goods that are in their original packaging and are in good condition, provided you are willing to bear the shipping costs. If you want to return them, you should inform that by email as the above mentioned. Then we will reply to you. If we authorize a return, we will send you an email which confirms the "Return Authorization" and explains how to send the damaged or defective goods to us. Also these goods must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped.
 
When we received them, we will examine and test the condition of goods. Customers returning an unopened item that is in its original packing and in good condition will receive a full refund as DVDheaven credit on the price of that item. However, shipping and handling charges for the order will not be refunded. Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition.
